• Commercial advertisements, promotional links, or solicitation of any kind
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activity
• Copyrighted material that you do not own or have permission to use
• AI-generated images or digitally manipulated photos that misrepresent your appearance

4. User Conduct Standards

Readingpsychology Dating is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for all members. By using the Service, you agree to adhere to the following conduct standards. Violation of any of these standards may result in warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account at our sole discretion.

You agree that you will not:

• Harass or intimidate: Send threatening, abusive, defamatory, or unwanted messages to any user. Continued contact after a user has indicated disinterest or requested no further communication constitutes harassment.
• Engage in fraud or deception: Misrepresent your identity, intentions, financial situation, or any material fact. This includes romance scams, phishing attempts, and impersonation of other individuals.
• Create fake profiles: Register accounts using false identities, stock photographs, or fabricated personal information for any purpose.
• Solicit money or financial assistance: Request or accept money, gifts, financial transfers, or cryptocurrency from other users under any pretense, including fabricated emergencies, travel costs, or medical expenses.
• Engage in hate speech: Post, send, or share content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes: Advertise products, services, or businesses; recruit members for external platforms, organizations, or schemes; or engage in any form of multi-level marketing or spam.
• Exploit vulnerable individuals: Target users who may be emotionally vulnerable, including recently divorced or bereaved individuals, for manipulative or predatory purposes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, graphics, logos, icons, software, and compilation of the Readingpsychology Dating platform are the exclusive property of Readingpsychology Dating or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The "Readingpsychology" name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any platform content without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the photographs, text, and other content you upload to your profile. However, by submitting content to the platform, you grant Readingpsychology Dating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account, except where your content has been shared with other users who have not deleted it, or where retention is required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Readingpsychology Dating does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Readingpsychology Dating, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including other users
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any interactions or meetings with other users, whether online or in person

Readingpsychology Dating does not conduct criminal background checks on its members and makes no representations or warranties as to the character, integrity, or safety of any user. You are solely responsible for exercising caution and good judgment in all interactions with other members. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

7.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Readingpsychology Dating. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.

7.4 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) business days. If the dispute is not resolved within this period, either party may proceed with arbitration.

8. Termination Policy

Readingpsychology Dating reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, abusive behavior toward other users or staff, prolonged inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months, or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or its community.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account deletion, your profile information and content will be removed from public visibility within 48 hours. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees or credits previously purchased, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
